TOM4 Modules
TOM4 is a modular design that allows different modules to be added to each TOM4 data base, so as your business grows you simply add modules as required.

The modules are valued according to the cost of development and/or going support.
There are generally two TOM4 Module Costs:
Cost to Supply, Deploy & Train
This is a once off cost. This covers the cost to install and train staff
on how to use the module.
Cost to Support the Module
This is a yearly fee paid monthly which covers the cost to support ongoing improvements to the module and Users as and when required.

TOM4 Mail
TOM4 Mail is a stand alone email system but is not intended to replace you’re your current email system unless you want it to. TOM4 Mail is fully integrated into your workflow so emails may be sent from activity and saved against client records. The ability to save all email communication into the one system and in their correct locations for easy access is a significant benefit to all TOM4 users.
TOM4 Equipment Manager
This keeps a record of all equipment that is sold and serviced so that a history of service and costs are shown against the equipment.
This includes Serial Numbers, Licence Agreements, Invoice Costs, Service Job History and much more.
TOM4 Contracts Manager
Contracts are valuable business assets and are treated as inventory which may be sold accordingly. All types of contracts and warranty documents such as Licence Contracts, Maintenance, Warranty, Support, Rental Agreements and Software Solutions are managed within the TOM4 Contracts Manager.
TOM4 Accounts Integration
There is no need to change your accounting systems because TOM4 provides a seamless flow of data both to and from the Accounting System to avoid duplication. This solution also provides a safe Firewall between the operations of the business and the accounts office that may be located in another country.
