TOM4 Modules

TOM4 is a modular design that allows different modules to be added to each TOM4 data base, so as your business grows you simply add modules as required.

Each module is a separate product that provides specific features and benefits to your business, working with processes or allowing processes to work with the module.  For a more detailed understanding of each module please refer to the index at: www.tom4.com.au/modules/index

The modules are valued according to the cost of development and/or going support.
There are generally two TOM4 Module Costs:

Cost to Supply, Deploy & Train

This is a once off cost. This covers the cost to install and train staff
on how to use the module.

Cost to Support the Module

This is a yearly fee paid monthly which covers the cost to support ongoing improvements to the module and Users as and when required.

TOM4 Processes

TOM4 processes are specific workflow activity management systems designed to manage every detail of activity in relation to a specific Sales activity or Service activity. The purpose of a process is to achieve an expected quality result in the fastest time and at the lowest cost. Processes may be designed to manage all  types of activity and work with modules that expand the range and scope of business management.

Processes may be designed to be industry specific, in which case the processes is used by all businesses in a particular type of industry. All the users in that industry then help to improve the ongoing changes and improvements of the process by simply using the process. Good Systems are always maturing and improve as more and more Users contribute ideas and suggestions for improvement. This is why industry specific processes are the best.

Custom processes may also be developed to manage any new activity that is worth building into a system.  Custom processes are not available to other business and therefore the Process is unique to the business that orders and pays for the process to be built.

TOM4 Processes are valued according to the cost of development and ongoing support. There are three TOM4 Process Costs:

Support Process

Cost to support the processes.
This is a yearly fee paid monthly to maintain the process

Custom Process

Cost to make changes to the custom process.
This is a quoted fee.

Industry Specific Process

Cost to build an Industry Specific process which is then shared between
the industry groups. This is the most cost effective solution
